Brother inkjet cartridges for Brother multifunction color inkjet machines and faxes

Brother currently manufacturers a full line of multifunction color inkjet and fax machines. All models have color print, color copy, color fax and color scan capability.

The current line of MFC machines have an LCD which shows  you when your Brother inkjet cartridge is running low. The LCD readout doesn't just show you that your low but which color is running low or is out of ink which is a nice touch since it eliminates any guess work on your part.

The instructions for changing Brother inkjet cartridges will tell you not to refill the cartridges and to use only genuine brand name Brother inkjet cartridges. However, the truth is compatible inkjet refill kits exist as do compatible inkjet cartridges for your Brother multifunction, fax or printer.

Using compatible refill kits or compatible inkjet cartridges will not damage the print head as claimed by Brother. It will also not void your warranty. So feel at ease to go for either option instead of brand name inkjet cartridges.
