Due to the expense of manufacturing the Lexmark cartridge, since it contains the print head and also has specific patent restrictions, all Lexmark compatible inkjet cartridges are actually remanufactured inkjet cartridges.
Finally, buying an original OEM cartridge is the most expensive option, however, you should also receive the highest print quality possible.
